Keller marks the western corner of the service loop. From there the line runs east through Southlake and Grapevine, northeast to Flower Mound and Lewisville, and eventually all the way around to Plano and McKinney. It is a corner post, which is another way of saying the area was drawn to include it. Pools here get the same three things every other pool on the loop gets.

Deep filter cleansKeller
A hose rinse is not a filter clean. Everything comes out of the tank, soaks long enough for body oils and mineral scale to release, and gets washed one pleat, grid, or lateral at a time. Small parts get inspected while nothing is in the way. It goes back together with a logged baseline pressure, and if the media is past saving you get told so, not sold a cleaning that cannot work. Green pools come back in stages. It starts with a proper look and a water test, because not every bloom is the same organism and not every pool is fighting the same fight. Then chemistry built for that pool. Then the dead algae gets removed with specialty equipment, which is the part that matters: it leaves the pool instead of going through the filter. A filter clean finishes it.

Pool School costs $89 and takes one visit. It stays honest for a structural reason: nothing else here is for sale. Nothing to upsell, nothing to sign. We test your water with you, walk the pad, explain what each valve and reading means, and you keep the readings and dose amounts in writing.
Hard water, hard freezes, and your equipment
Two regional facts do most of the damage to pool equipment here, and neither one is dramatic. The first comes out of the hose: North Texas fills pools with hard water, and a season of evaporation and topping off concentrates it, because the water leaves and the calcium stays. The result is scale, a chalky line on the tile where you can see it and a stiffening coat inside the filter media where you cannot.
The second is the winter that mostly does not happen. Pools here run all year, and most winters let them. Occasionally one does not, and still water inside a pump or a pipe turns to ice, expands, and splits whatever is holding it. If your freeze protection is the pump keeping water moving, it is worth knowing that the plan lasts exactly as long as the electricity does. The time to learn your shutoffs is a mild afternoon, not the night the forecast turns.

Yes, fully. It is one of the cities the loop was drawn around, along with Denton at the north end and McKinney at the northeast. Those three are the corner posts, so the line is shaped by them rather than the other way around. The work, the scheduling, and the flat quote are the same as anywhere else on the loop.
How do I know a filter clean actually worked?
The pressure gauge tells you. Part of the job is logging the pressure once the filter is back together and running, so you have a number for what clean looks like on your own system. When it climbs away from that baseline again, you know it is time rather than guessing.
Will Pool School turn into a sales pitch?
No, and the reason is structural rather than a promise about manners. Blue Flag does not run a weekly route, so there is no recurring plan to steer you toward at the end. The $89 covers the visit. If it ends with you needing nobody, including us, it worked.
